Avon Residents Are Invited To An Afternoon Of Learning Healthy Holiday Recipes
Holiday cooking is delicious, but it is not always healthy. Cooking heavy meals can also be tiring. If you are craving something a little healthier this holiday season, why not sign up for a free Healthy Holiday Cooking class?
The Avon Free Public library presents this cooking class on 14 November at 2 PM:
- Learn yummy recipes from Colin McCullough, who is a long-time vegan.
- Find out how to make traditional holiday meals lighter but still delicious enough to satisfy the family.
- Create dishes that give you the energy you need to enjoy the holiday!
Classes are conducted by Zoom, and registration is vital. Call 860.673.9712, ext 4 for more information or to register. The lessons are suitable for beginners, so come along no matter what your cooking skill.
