Commercial Water Loss

These photos show what happened when a water line, commercial structure leaked into the walls and caused bacterial growth.  The mold and moisture had clearly been seeping into the property for some time. Due to environmental and natural occurrences you can see the bacterial growth has overcome the underlying protective sheet of the drywall.  However this is not a longer term loss as the drywall was not completely or fully saturated.  This is more evident in a loss that has been taking place for years, if not longer, but this is likely a fairly quickly determined, mitigated and addressed issue.
