Commercial Water Damage
This loss occurred when a tarp, which was installed on the roof failed and caused ensuing water damages to the property. The photo on the left shows exposed beams, which collapsed when the weight of the water overwhelmed the drywall itself. Air circulators were used to treat and address the space so that all moisture was mitigated as well as all affected materials, which had to be disposed of. The next photo shows reconstruction of the same area, with all proper and needed steps to address the underlying loss area. This was replaced and met with all local and expected code requirements so that the property could be restored to its original design.
